Train, Move, And Grow All Summer Long
At Art In Motion Jiu Jitsu Academy, summer camp replaces screen time with structured martial arts training and physical development. Students are introduced to core disciplines including Gi and NoGi training, building coordination, control, and foundational technique through consistent practice.
Training sessions focus on repetition, movement quality, and skill development in a supportive environment where students build discipline and confidence at their own pace. Each class is structured to help children stay active, focused, and engaged throughout the day.
Build Confidence Through Boxing And Kickboxing
Boxing and Kickboxing sessions introduce students to striking fundamentals including stance, timing, coordination, and controlled movement. These classes help improve focus, fitness, and self-confidence through structured pad work and partner drills.
Students progress through guided instruction that emphasizes discipline, respect, and technique over intensity. Each session is designed to develop real striking skills while keeping training safe, engaging, and beginner-friendly.
Grow Through NoGi And Women’s Gi Training
NoGi training develops agility, balance, and body control through dynamic movement and grappling-based instruction. Students learn how to adapt, react, and improve problem-solving under controlled resistance.
Women’s Gi training provides a structured environment focused on technique development, confidence building, and skill progression. Both pathways emphasize steady improvement through repetition, coaching, and progressive skill layering.
Competition Training, Open Mat, And Wrestling Development
Students gain real training experience through Kids Competition Training, where they learn focus, performance skills, and controlled sparring fundamentals in a structured environment.
Adults Open Mat provides an opportunity for guided free training where students can refine techniques and apply what they have learned in class. Adults plus Kids Wrestling Rumble builds confidence, timing, and adaptability through live drills and partner-based wrestling exchanges.
These sessions help bridge technical learning with real application, supporting long-term growth, confidence, and mat awareness.
